Terms of Service

Your account

An account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what happens under your login and under any staff logins you create, so keep passwords private and revoke access when someone leaves. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been used by someone else.

Your data stays yours

The products, sales, stock, expenses, and reports you enter belong to your business, not to us. We store and process them to run the service for you and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train anything.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Bhandar to record transactions that are unlawful where you trade.
• Do not try to reach another business's shops, accounts, or records.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or work around limits placed on your account.
• Do not resell access to the service without a written agreement with us.

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended, and in serious cases closed.

Availability

We work to keep Bhandar running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, hosting faults, and connection problems at your shop can all put it out of reach for a time. Keep a way to trade that does not depend on the software being up.

Accuracy of your records

Bhandar records what is entered into it. Stock counts, profit figures, and reports are only as correct as the prices, costs, and quantities you and your staff enter. You remain responsible for your own tax and accounting obligations, and for checking any figure you rely on.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can. Deletion follows the timescale in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may change as the product does. The date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use Bhandar after a change means you accept the new version.
